David Z. Moran is a trial lawyer focusing his practice on catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death matters. David began his career as a defense attorney, representing Fortune 50 corporations, insurance carriers, and individuals in catastrophic injury matters. David now dedicates his practice to representing individuals who have suffered serious injury at the hands of others.
David earned his J.D. from Florida International University College of Law, where he received the Dean's Merit Scholarship. While in law school, David was selected to join the Trial Team and Moot Court Team, and completed a judicial externship with the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. David completed his undergraduate studies at Florida State University, where he graduated with honors and earned majors in political science and sociology.
David is admitted to practice law in the states of South Carolina, Florida, and New York. David is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
