Emily earned a double major in Philosophy and Political Science from West Virginia University, graduating in 2022. She then attended the Charleston School of Law, where she served as Managing Editor of Resolved: Journal of Alternative Dispute Resolution before earning her Juris Doctor in 2025.
Following law school, Emily began her legal career practicing in the areas of personal injury and mass tort litigation, advocating for individuals navigating complex legal matters. She is licensed to practice law in both Massachusetts and South Carolina.
